A perfect day! Weather was gorgeous as we travelled to and visited Salt Spring. Delicious lunch at our favourite spot on the water: Auntie Pestos. Twelve art lovers made the trip and visited studios of three professional and very hospitable artists. Australian, Gillian McConnell began painting in 1997 and developed a unique visual signature incorporating collage. She demonstrated her etching technique and her painting style. Lots of eye-catching work was on display.
Following lunch we travelled to the studio the Venter's studio
